YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Giscard Photography uses the details you provide to respond to inquiries, organize photography sessions, and provide private photo galleries.

Inquiries and galleries

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, session preferences, and message. Private galleries store uploaded photographs, photo adjustments, favorites, selection notes, and approval history. The invited client and authorized studio members can access these records.

Sign-in and external services

Private gallery sign-in uses ChatGPT to identify your account and email. Booking takes place on Square. Existing galleries may open on Pixieset. These services have their own privacy terms. Fonts are served directly from this website.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by the studio, contact info@giscardphotography.com. Please do not send sensitive documents through the inquiry form.
